List archived packages from S3
Retrieves the archived binaries of a package, accounting for R minor version sensitivity.
A failed build of an older version publishes CRAN's source under that
version's name, and archiving moves it to Archive/<pkg>/ like any binary.
Counting it as present would skip that tag forever, so archived source
fallbacks are left out of the result. The listing already carries each
object's size and ETag, so they are recognised by
archived_source_fallbacks() without a request per object. An object whose
size and MD5 cannot be matched to CRAN's stays in the result, so an
unreachable CRAN can never make the archive look empty.
